Information we collect
Novastrum collects information you choose to submit, including your name, email, phone number, organization, role, organization size, service interest, assessment result, and message. The website may also receive ordinary technical information required to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate fit, provide requested services or training, prepare proposals and invoices, operate the inquiry dashboard, improve offerings, and protect the website. Novastrum does not sell personal information.
Payments
Card information is entered with the connected payment processor and is not stored in Novastrum's inquiry database. The processor's privacy terms also apply.
Data care
Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, protected health information, or confidential client data through a public form. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.
