Aniya Springer founded Novastrum from hands-on experience across accounting leadership, financial reporting, multi-entity operations, reconciliations, controls, process documentation, systems implementation, and executive communication.
She built the company around a simple belief: businesses do not improve because someone hands them a recommendation. They improve when the numbers are trustworthy, the workflow is documented, the people are equipped, and the new standard is actually implemented.
